An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract only once we have confirmed your payment. Until then we may decline or cancel it — for instance if an item is out of stock, if a price was shown incorrectly, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund you in full.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and are the printed MRP, inclusive of all taxes. Shipping is shown separately in the cart and at checkout before you pay.

The amount you are charged is always calculated on our servers from the prices held in our catalogue at the moment you order. Payments are taken through Cashfree; we do not see or store your card or bank details.

Your account is identified by your mobile number and secured with a one-time code. Keep access to that number secure — anyone who can receive its codes can sign in. Tell us at once if you believe your number has been compromised.

You agree to give accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for a failed delivery caused by an address or phone number entered incorrectly.

Ingredients, nutrition values, storage instructions and shelf life shown on this site are reproduced from our approved product label. Nutrition figures are approximate values, as stated on the pack.

Ghee is a food product. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and we make no claim that our ghee prevents, treats or cures any condition. Seasonal changes may appear in the colour and flavour of the product.

We stand behind our product, and nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Rajsamand, Rajasthan.
